Huile silicone pour mousse souple L580
Silicone Oil L580 is a high-performance silicon-carbon bond surfactant used for flexible foam production.
It is highly efficient surfactant that produces foam with minimum foam collapse and high breathability.
It is suitable for polyether type flexible foam Production. L580 can be widely used in different density
production, especially brings good results in medium & high foam density formulation.
Product Applications
1. Suitable for polyether type flexible foam production on all types of foam production equipment,
like streamline foaming equipment and box foaming process.
2. Excellent stability.
3. Wide breathablity profiles for different formulations.
4. Bring excellent results in medium density flexible foam production.

Handling
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Avoid inhalation of vapour or mist. Keep away from sources
of ignition – No smoking. Take measures to prevent the build up of electrostatic charge.
Storage
Keep container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place. Containers which are opened must
be carefully resealed and kept upright to prevent leakage. Store in cool place.
